Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Boulder, CO is seeking a Marketing/Sales Associate for our senior living community. This full-time, non-exempt role involves conducting tours, communicating with residents and families, and supporting move-ins to help achieve occupancy goals.

The position features a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from about 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a pay range of $26–$27 per hour. MorningStar emphasizes culture, servant leadership, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma, two years or more of college preferred.
• Job Knowledge: Community resources and needs; ability to handle inquiries and relate to prospective residents; awareness of services and cost structures; drive and conduct tours; learning software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the community for potential residents, families, outside visitors and referral agencies.
• Attend and participate in in-service educational programs related to elderly needs and admission requirements.
• Learn and practice MorningStar’s 7 Steps for Relationship Selling.
• Manage leads with prompt follow-ups via calls, emails, and tours.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs details with departments to avoid schedule conflicts.
• Support Director of Community Relations in planning and marketing events.
• Assist in retaining residents and communicating essential information across departments.
