Qualifications

• Knowledge of community resources, admission records; ability to drive and conduct tours.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn Resident/Marketing software.
• Ability to work with staff, residents, families and outside community; personable and independent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the community for potential residents, families, visitors and agencies.
• Attend in-service programs and participate in lead management with follow-up on inquiries.
• Learn and practice MorningStar's 7 Steps for Relationship Selling.
• Assist in coordinating move-ins and planning marketing events.
• Provide welcoming orientation for new residents and communicate information across departments.
