Job summary

associacareers is seeking a Director of Community Growth and Development to lead initiatives that drive revenue, brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction in the United States. Expect collaboration with other managers to define project scope, review requirements, and approve timeframes.

Key duties include developing referral networks, generating prospects in target markets, achieving revenue goals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development / sales experience required.
• Experience selling in the residential and HOA industries or residential contractors and vendor partners is highly preferred.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
• Professional customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
• Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
• Achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
• Other duties as assigned.
