Job summary

Claratel Behavioral Health seeks an experienced leader to oversee community-based programs and services. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, ensure high-quality client care, and drive program-wide clinical initiatives within a multi-disciplinary team.

Position requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to develop internal and external partnerships while advancing agency goals. Limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Two years of direct behavioral health service delivery.
• Current Georgia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors budget for all programs under director's supervision.
• Manages personnel under the director's responsibility with collaboration as necessary.
• Ensures programs comply with contractual and regulatory requirements (CARF, DBHDD).
• Role models effective communication and customer service to clients and staff.
• Provides clinical leadership and supervises staff development and education.
