Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active and unrestricted professional licensure in North Carolina.
• Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience providing clinical supervision and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment practices and clinical documentation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and support a culture of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for all clinical services and treatment activities.
• Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols.
• Promote evidence-based practices and high standards of care.
• Review assessments, treatment plans, progress reviews, and discharge planning.
• Monitor service quality and client outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff; onboarding and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
