Job summary

Under supervision, you will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor documentation, and collaborate with landlords, local agencies, and DBHDD to maintain active leases and coordinated services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Three years of experience providing case management or community support services.
• Leadership/management experience or increased duties in prior roles.
• Proficient with technology and electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train program personnel.
• Oversee compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements of DBHDD and others.
• Demonstrate data-driven decision making in daily operations and planning.
• Coordinate communication between team and landlords/external stakeholders.
• Provide daily programmatic supervision and ensure quality documentation.
• Develop potential leaders and conduct monthly supervision and training.
• Monitor staff task completion and program budget as directed by the director.
