Job summary

Claratel Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership for PES and CSU services in a 24/7 crisis setting. You will supervise licensed clinicians and case managers, ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, and coordinate assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field with Georgia licensure (LCSW or LPC) and at least three years in crisis services, including two in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Current Georgia licensure as LCSW or LPC.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in crisis services.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision to licensed clinicians and case managers.
• Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.
• Oversee clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Support staff development through coaching and feedback.
• Lead development and refinement of PES & CSU programming.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EHR and participate in quality improvement.
