• Experience: 1 year post-licensure clinical setting; 2+ years in clinical/administrative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight for all supported housing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DBHDD, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality assurance, safety, and service delivery standards across housing sites.
• Develop staff through ongoing training and professional development.
• Oversee budgets, data collection, KPI reporting, and program efficiency.
