RISE Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Coordinator to support adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. You will oversee daily operations, lead team planning, and ensure quality supports.

The role requires supervising direct care staff, budgeting tasks, and coordination with state agencies, with on-call responsibilities included. A strong person-centered approach is essential for success in this nonprofit setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or comparable supervisory experience.
• Person-centered philosophy; commitment to quality supports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to problem solve and work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs; related field experience preferred.
• Must have a valid ID and pass a background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of program.
• Collaborate on strategies, create and implement plans addressing participant needs.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work with Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; coordinate with state agencies.
• Schedule activities and support skill development; assist with social/community activities.
• Position includes being on-call.
