Job summary

RISE Housing and Support Services seeks a Homebase Program Director to lead an innovative Clubhouse International modeled program focused on recovery, member engagement, and community impact.

You will supervise a dedicated team, ensure program adherence to agency standards, and build partnerships with community providers to support member goals and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of director-support experience in a human services organization.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
• Our shared belief system in compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion.
• Successful completion of background checks and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining strong member enrollment and meaningful participation.

RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a skilled individual, with leadership experience in a human services organization, to manage our new Clubhouse International modeled program, Homebase. A successful candidate will enjoy supporting a member-driven recovery-oriented program environment, in which members of the program work to achieve their goals. This position will have the unique opportunity to lead an innovative program that meets an important community need, while inspiring and supporting a team of dedicated professionals.

RISE Offers The Homebase Program Director

• A starting base salary range $50,000 – $60,000 per year
• A $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment
