Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Training, Neuroscience, to lead the development of comprehensive product, disease state, and competitive training for field personnel across the Neuroscience portfolio.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to drive growth, enhance training strategies, and elevate field performance, with a focus on leadership development and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years pharma/biotech industry experience.
• Strong facilitation & presentation skills.
• Proven track record in project management and teamwork.
• Sales experience in biotech preferred (5+ years).
• Experience partnering with internal teams on field education & training initiatives.
• Knowledge of pharma systems for sales execution & implementation (ACTO, Veeva, iEngage).
• Experience with toxins, buy-and-bill products, migraine prevention and/or movement disorders.

Responsibilities

• Develop training curricula for product knowledge, sales techniques, objections handling, and market trends.
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions for sales, leadership, and field teams.
• Create engaging training materials: case studies, presentations, role-play, e-learning modules.
• Build advanced training plans for NSRs and Regional Directors across levels.
• Ensure high-quality curriculums and follow-through to field teams.
• Evolve Neuroscience Academy to address field needs and key events.
