Job summary

Ipsen is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Training in the Neuroscience portfolio to lead development of product and disease-state training for field personnel. You will align training strategies with business goals to drive consistent sales performance, partnering across functions to enable growth.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering effective training programs in pharma/biotech settings; base salary reflects seniority

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree (MBA) a plus.
• Minimum 3 years pharma/biotech experience; sales/education experience preferred.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to partner with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to enhance training curriculums and market strategies.
• Develop live and virtual training sessions for sales, leadership and field teams.
• Build and elevate Neuroscience Academy with a robust, milestone-driven plan.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve selling skills and messaging.
