Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure (SEGI) in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Director of Commercial Operations to own the complete, defensible project estimate, cash flow, and contract terms for pursuits and awards. This hands-on role compiles the estimate, builds the cash flow model, and drives contracts from first draft to signature.

The Director coordinates input from Legal, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Services to ensure no scope gaps or unpriced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or business discipline.
• Minimum eight years in commercial operations, cost estimating, contracts, or project controls in EPC/industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience compiling full project cost estimates with labor, equipment, contingencies, and terms.
• Experience building cash flow models to support bids and contract execution.
• Strong knowledge of major contract terms including cancellation, LDs, warranties, and indemnification.
• Proven ability to lead a contract review process across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Personally compile full project cost estimates for pursuits with commercial inputs.
• Build and maintain cash flow models, including progress billing and working capital needs.
• Structure contract terms to protect SEGI and align with scope across EPC functions.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers with Legal and Executive support.
• Run scope reconciliation to close gaps before award.
• Maintain risk registers and track open items through to resolution.
• Provide executives with vetted commercial/financial analysis for bid decisions.
• Transfer all assumptions and commitments to Project Management at handover.
