Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure (SEGI) seeks a Director of Commercial Operations in Jacksonville, FL to own the commercial backbone of pursuits and contracts. You will compile complete estimates, build cash flow models, and drive contract terms from draft to signature, coordinating across Legal, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Services.

The role requires hands-on leadership in bid and contract execution, managing scope, risks, and commercial analysis

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of eight years in commercial operations, cost estimating, contracts, or project controls in EPC/industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience compiling full project cost estimates including labor, equipment, and contingencies.
• Experience building cash flow models and financial analyses to support bids or contracts.
• Strong knowledge of major capital project contract terms (cancellation, LD, indemnification).
• Experience leading contract reviews across Legal, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Procurement.

Aufgaben

• Compile full project cost estimates for pursuits integrating labor, equipment, and commercial terms into a defensible estimate.
• Build and maintain project cash flow models with progress billing and working capital requirements.
• Analyze and structure contract cancellation, termination, and liability provisions.
• Own the contract review process end to end with cross-functional inputs; finalize language before execution.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers, partnering with Legal and Executive Leadership.
• Run scope reconciliation across disciplines to close gaps before award.
• Maintain the commercial risk register for pursuits and contracts.
• Provide Executives with vetted commercial and financial analyses to support bids and awards.
• Document and transfer all estimate assumptions, cash flow plans, and commitments at handover.
• Serve as commercial point of contact on amendments, change orders, and cancellations.
• Maintain and improve estimating templates, cash flow models, and review checklists.
