Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in commercial operations, cost estimating, contracts, or project controls within EPC, industrial, or capital projects.
• Hands-on experience compiling full project cost estimates including labor, equipment, and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Personally compile full project cost estimates for pursuits, integrating labor and equipment with commercial elements into one defensible estimate.
• Build and maintain project cash flow models, including milestones and working capital requirements.
• Lead contract review end-to-end with input from Legal, PM, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Services.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers and senior leadership, shepherding contracts from draft to signature.
