Job summary

The Family Place in Dallas, TX invites applications for a Program Director, Clinical Services. This leadership role oversees clinical programs serving survivors of domestic violence, directing staff, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services across Dallas County.

You will supervise clinicians and practicum students, coordinate with the Sr. Director of Non-Residential Services, and drive training, documentation accuracy, and policy development to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling
• LPC-S or LCSW-S licensure
• 5–7 years of management experience in domestic violence field

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of clinicians and practicum students
• Ensure Non-Residential Case Managers complete client intakes and documentation promptly
• Review database daily to ensure 100% accuracy in client case management
• Collaborate with Operations Team on safety cameras and safety protocols for entering the building
• Lead weekly supervision and monthly team meetings; monitor effectiveness of services
• Coordinate with Sr. Director of Non-Residential Services regarding client service delivery and program monitoring
