Job summary

The Brien Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Inc. seeks an experienced clinical leader to oversee staff, documentation, and supervision across ACCS programs.

The role ensures adherence to DMH and state regulations while guiding treatment planning and community collaboration. The position requires a Master’s degree, independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LCSW), and at least two years of clinical or residential experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in license eligible field.
• Independently licensed (LICSW/LMHC/LCSW).
• 2 years’ experience in a clinical or residential setting.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience in residential programming with similar population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical staff, clinical documentation, and supervision of program site supervisors and LPHAs.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.
• Provides support to site supervisors including training, risk assessment, and supervision.
• Participates in Clinical On-Call rotation and develops treatment plans and risk assessments.
• Coordinates with DMH and Care Coordination for treatment planning and community integration.
• Teaches and ensures staff training in Evidence Based Practice skills.
• Oversees facilities operation, budget/expenditure reporting, and scheduling.
