Job summary

The Brien Center is seeking an Adult CCS Program Director to oversee clinical operations and ensure high quality care within the Adult CCS program. You will collaborate with the medical director and community partners to maintain standards and respond to urgent consultations.

The role requires licensed credentialing, a graduate clinical degree, and defensive experience with program leadership and CQI initiatives. You will supervise staff, lead team meetings, and participate in policy development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed social work or mental health credential.
• PhD/MSW or equivalent graduate clinical degree required.
• 2–3 years post-license clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and program quality within the Adult CCS program.
• Supervise direct care staff and write/read clinical policies with the Division Director.
• Complete client records, ensure timely documentation and participate in supervision.
• Collaborate with AMCI/CBHC, hospitals and referral sources for integrated care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide consultations on urgent cases.
