LongTerm Healthcare in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) to lead the skilled nursing facility’s clinical operations and resident care.

As a key partner to the Director of Nursing, you will provide hands-on clinical oversight, mentorship, quality improvement, regulatory support, and survey readiness to drive safety and quality. This role is a stepping stone toward regional clinical operations or multi-site leadership within our organization.

• Assist with plans of correction and follow-up on identified deficiencies.
• Provide guidance related to nursing standards of practice, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) to join our skilled nursing facility leadership team in Milwaukee.

The Director of Clinical Operations is a key clinical leadership partner to the Director of Nursing (DON) and facility leadership. This position provides hands-on clinical oversight, mentorship, quality improvement, regulatory support, and operational guidance to help ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care.

Think of this role as a regional nurse consultant dedicated to one building. Rather than traveling between multiple facilities, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one team, know the residents and staff, and make a meaningful impact on clinical outcomes and facility performance.
