ABOUT INNERCORE HEALTH

Innercore Health is an entrepreneurial company that utilizes proven regenerative brain health technology with a mission to improve the health and wellness of millions of people. We are committed to helping people unlock greater resilience, optimize performance, and improve overall well-being through solutions grounded in science and backed by 14 research studies conducted at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine over the past decade. This purpose-driven team is looking to make life-changing impacts every day. This includes an intentional focus on first responders, military service members, athletes, students, healthcare workers, and individuals seeking meaningful stress resilience, sleep quality, mental clarity, and performance improvement.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Clinical Excellence is responsible for leading the development, standardization, clinical oversight, supervision of neurotechnologists (NTs), and components of training of Neurotechnologists across Innercore Health locations. This position directly supervises Neurotechnologists in designated offices while providing clinical leadership, standards, and oversight across the broader organization. Working closely with leadership and technology experts, the Director oversees clinical practice standards, protocols, workflows, and competency requirements, ensuring each client receives safe, consistent, evidence-informed, concierge-level care and service while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, quality, safety, and service.

The Director also serves as an important clinical resource in the client intake process, assisting with client triage and appropriate protocol selection within established company guidelines, fielding questions from some clients, and engaging external physician offices seeking clinical information or coordination regarding Innercore Health services. This individual catalyzes the evolution of NT onboarding processes, competency validation, and continuing education programs; coaches Neurotechnologists in clinical best practices, client care standards, documentation, and protocol adherence; and provides input supporting the company's clinical knowledge base. The Director monitors adherence to established protocols and quality standards through periodic observation, competency assessment, documentation review, and quality assurance activities.

The Director also helps clients navigate some administrative aspects of their client care, including supporting the information process associated with clients seeking reimbursement or payment through Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and similar eligible benefit programs.

The ideal candidate will be a current healthcare clinician (e.g., RN, APRN, PA, PT, OT, or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional) who will be trained upon employment to operate as a highly skilled Neurotechnologist. Strong clinical leadership, communication, education, and coaching abilities are essential, as well as a demonstrated commitment to developing clinical competence in others, fostering accountability, promoting evidence-informed practice, and creating exceptional client-centered experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Maintain and establish, when necessary, standardized operational protocols and clinical guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and adherence to company standards.
  2. Directly supervise Neurotechnologists assigned to designated Innercore Health offices, while mentoring, coaching, and evaluating Neurotechnologists and fostering a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  3. Ensure every client receives a concierge-level clinical and service experience by evolving and reinforcing expectations for communication, professionalism, clinical awareness, hospitality, and personalized service.
  4. Serve as a clinical point of contact for external physicians, counselors and their offices, responding to inquiries about Innercore Health services, clinical guidelines, protocols, and client coordination within appropriate privacy, professional, and regulatory guidelines.
  5. Periodically observe Neurotechnologists during client sessions, assess clinical performance and adherence to protocols, provide constructive feedback, and implement individualized coaching plans to improve performance.
  6. Maintain quality assurance processes through regular clinical observations, competency assessments, documentation audits, and protocol reviews to ensure consistency across all locations.

  9. Serve as the primary clinical resource and subject-matter expert for Neurotechnologists, providing guidance on procedures, troubleshooting, clinical decision-making within established scope and wellness protocols, and best practices.
  10. Assist with client intake, triage, and protocol selection, helping Neurotechnologists and other team members identify appropriate pathways based on client history, presenting needs, established protocols, and applicable clinical considerations, with appropriate escalation when needed.
  11. Personally deliver services to some clients each month to maintain high competency and efficient coverage for client appointments.
  12. Lead the onboarding, clinical orientation, competency validation, portions of training, and ongoing professional development of Neurotechnologists across multiple Innercore Health locations.
  13. Work collaboratively with others to develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized training programs, competency assessments, and continuing education initiatives aligned with clinical standards, evolving best practices, and organizational needs.
  14. Assist in developing and maintaining educational materials, training manuals, standard operating procedures, clinical guidelines, competency checklists, and instructional resources.
  15. Monitor client feedback, quality indicators, clinical observations, and satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to enhance the overall quality and consistency of care and client experience.
  16. Support clients and staff in navigating FSA and similar eligible benefit processes, including helping ensure clients receive appropriate documentation and information needed to pursue reimbursement or payment, while avoiding representations regarding individual tax eligibility or reimbursement approval.
  17. Maintain accurate competency documentation, and compliance with company policies and applicable wellness, clinical, professional, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  18. Identify trends in client outcomes, training needs, protocol adherence, and quality metrics, and recommend corrective or preventive actions to leadership.
  19. Partner with leadership to utilize measurable quality indicators and monitor performance across locations.
