Qualifications

• Experienced clinician in a related client care or healthcare role.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, train, and supervise staff.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop training materials and educate adult learners.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations for training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standardized clinical guidelines and protocols ensuring quality and safety.
• Directly supervise Neurotechnologists and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure concierge-level clinical and service experiences across locations.
• Serve as clinical liaison with external physicians and offices regarding guidelines and coordination.
• Observe clinicians, provide feedback, and implement coaching plans to improve performance.
• Monitor quality through observations, audits, and competency assessments.
