Job summary

Interim, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Services Director to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and operational support across agency programs. You will work with program directors to ensure compliant, recovery-oriented services and supervise licensed clinicians and interns.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field, active clinical license, and several years of supervisory experience. Onsite work at assigned locations and collaboration with community partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field and active license with minimum two years post-licensure.
• Minimum of four years in a mental health program with at least two years supervision.
• Three years of clinical supervision experience and knowledge of DSM-5.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and program operations to ensure high-quality services.
• Provide ongoing clinical consultation, case conferencing, and supervision to staff.
• Supervise interns accruing licensure hours and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external systems to improve client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and leadership during high-risk situations.
