About: The Clinical Director will oversee all aspects of clinical programming and supervision, ensuring that therapeutic services are delivered with excellence, compassion, and compliance. This leader will play a critical role in staff development, regulatory adherence, and the ongoing enhancement of clinical operations.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including therapists, case managers, and support staff.
Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all clinical programs.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF), and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
Facilitate staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Approve and oversee treatment plans, assessments, and discharge summaries.
