Job summary

Child & Family Services seeks a Clinical Program Director to oversee the YCCS program’s clinical care quality in collaboration with the Medical Director. The role drives program development, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field, MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT), and 3+ years of post-licensure experience, plus 1–2 years of supervisory responsibility. It supports 24/7 program operations and cross-agency coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or clinical psychology or licensure-eligible degree.
• LICSW/LMHC/LMFT license in MA with 3+ years post-licensure mental health experience.
• One to two years supervisory or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality of care within the YCCS program.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and program development.
• Ensure compliance with CBHC/YCCS standards, licensing, and audits.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and other agencies to plan admissions, treatment and discharge.
• Maintain 24/7/365 access to YCCS services and coordinate with funding sources.
