Hello Heart is seeking a Director, Client Strategy and Growth to lead retention and growth across a remote US client portfolio. You will partner with marketing, growth, and client success teams to shape programs that meet client priorities and expand Hello Heart’s footprint.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Client Strategy & Growth, you will build deep client relationships, analyze market trends, and guide product feedback to improve fit.

Qualifikationen

• GenAI fluency for client-facing materials and synthesis.
• Experience in growth, retention, and expansion strategies.
• MBA required; 3+ years of management or strategy consulting.
• 5+ years in healthcare, digital health, or related field.

• Account leadership to build retention and expansion strategy.
• Develop relationships with key client decision-makers and influencers.
• Own revenue retention year over year at 95% or better.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic expansions and upsell.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Stay current with industry changes and feed market feedback to product and teams.
