Heartbeat is a healthcare marketing and creative agency, headquartered in NYC and operating across the US. We are seeking an Account Director who will start in a leadership role and grow with us, guiding clients and delivering outstanding creative ideas while expanding marquee relationships.

The role emphasizes deep client knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to strengthen our integrated campaigns and industry leadership.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in client services for healthcare marketing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage accounts with many moving parts.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industries (HCP and Med Ed).

• Provide leadership and guidance to clients while delivering outstanding creative ideas.
• Become the expert in our clients’ business and serve as the voice of the client within our company.
