Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Director, Client Development - Semiconductor Manufacturing (Design‑Build / EPC) to lead large‑scale capital programs and secure multi‑project opportunities. You will work with senior client executives across engineering, manufacturing, and facilities to align investments with capacity, yield, and reliability goals.

The role emphasizes bookings, commercial strategy, and delivery outcomes in a fast‑paced, technically complex environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading capital programs for manufacturing clients in DB/EPC or integrated A/E/C environments.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, process utilities, and related facilities.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary delivery teams with authority over scope, cost, schedule, and margin.
• Ownership of commercial outcomes within a DB/EPC model; ability to secure and execute high‑value contracts.
• Executive‑level communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements, site visits, and industry events.
• BS or MS in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management; PE preferred; MBA and/or PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings targets, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning for DB/EPC initiatives.
• Engage client executives across Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, Operations, and Finance to align capital investment with strategic goals.
• Lead pursuit strategy and negotiate terms, delivering strong contractual outcomes.
• Coordinate internal SMEs to deliver integrated DB/EPC solutions.
• Participate in go/no-go reviews, pipeline governance, and CRM discipline for growth.
• Serve as executive sponsor through execution, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term profitability.
