The Client Development Director will be based in NBBJ | ESI Design's New York office and will report to the Operations Leader. This role serves as the studio's ambassador in the market and will spend a significant amount of time out of the office with clients, connectors, and industry leaders.

They will work closely with studio operations and creative disciplines to bring the right people into conversations, advise on positioning, and lead pursuit activities that align with revenue goals.
