Weber Shandwick is seeking a Director of Client Experience to join the West Technology practice. You will shape strategic narratives for top tech brands and disruptors, guiding integrated campaigns that combine earned media, social, and owned content.

You will counsel C-suite leaders, manage senior client relationships, and collaborate across Weber I/O and Weber Create to drive impact and agility in a fast-paced, global agency environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in public relations, communications, or journalism focusing on B2B technology within an agency.
• Proven track record securing high-profile placements in top-tier business/tech outlets.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and executive briefing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated earned media campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Counsel senior clients and advise on media landscape shifts and crisis management.
• Translate complex B2B tech into compelling narratives for tech and business audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with Weber I/O and Weber Create units.
• Maintain relationships with journalists and analysts at major publications.
• Lead and mentor junior technology team members and contribute to new business pitches.
