Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related field; agency experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or a related discipline.
• Track record managing client relationships, leading integrated communications projects, securing earned media coverage and mentoring junior team members.
• Experience supporting corporate reputation, executive communications, issues management or clients in complex, highly scrutinized industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key team leader across multiple client accounts, managing day-to-day relationships, projects and integrated communications programs.
• Provide strategic client counsel on corporate reputation, executive visibility, thought leadership and issues management.
• Develop a wide range of communications materials, including messaging, media strategies, press releases, pitch notes, talking points and proposals.
• Lead earned media efforts, leveraging reporter relationships and securing meaningful coverage.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering curiosity, collaboration and high performance.
• Identify emerging trends, reputational risks and opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
