Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Client Engagement, Contract Validation to own delivery and relationships across a portfolio of life sciences accounts. You will provide thought leadership in contract compliance and rebate management to clients and product teams, ensuring optimal outcomes and value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive service delivery, and identify opportunities to expand engagements while maintaining high client satisfaction in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in life sciences consulting, market access, or managed care.
• Experience with payer contracting, formulary management, or rebate operations.
• Familiarity with MMIT or equivalent payer data platforms.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience as a strategic advisor to external clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and define scope independently.
• Experience scaling and improving service offerings.
• End-to-end management of complex client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts with trusted advisor relationships.
• Lead end-to-end contract validation engagements using payer data.
• Support clients in rebate discrepancies and gross-to-net analysis.
• Collaborate with analytics to surface insights from MMIT data.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and milestones across engagements.
• Partner with data, analytics, product, and sales to translate client needs into deliverables.
