Norstella is seeking a Director of Client Engagement, Contract Validation to lead delivery and relationships for a life sciences portfolio. You will drive contract validation using MMIT data and coordinate with analytics to deliver optimal client outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory to external clients, cross-functional collaboration, and growth of scalable validation frameworks within a remote US-based team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in life sciences consulting, market access, or managed care.
• Experience with payer contracting, formulary management, or rebate operations.
• Familiarity with payer data platforms (MMIT or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strategic advisory experience for external clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and define scope.
• Experience scaling service offerings and managing complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and delivery for a portfolio of accounts.
• Lead end-to-end contract validation engagements using payer data.
• Validate contract terms against payer requirements and reflect them accurately.
• Collaborate with analytics to surface insights and optimize outcomes.
• Support cross-functional teams to translate client needs into deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and scale services.
