Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with insurance claims and loss analysis.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external colleagues including Producers, internal leadership and senior level client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive claims related client services.
• Serve as a consultative partner and risk manager for clients.
• Coordinate with Loss Information Unit to meet information needs and verify coverage with service teams.
• Obtain status reports on claims from insurance carriers.
