The role focuses on advancing technical excellence, improving quality, and developing the next generation of civil engineering leaders while staying engaged with project work.

The position emphasizes collaboration across offices, strategy development, and mentorship, with a hybrid scheduling approach to accommodate client and project needs in Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure required.
• Demonstrated leadership in civil engineering projects.
• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of firmwide civil engineering standards and best practices.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across offices.
• Develop and mentor future civil engineering leaders within the firm.
• Shape technical strategy and drive innovation for the practice.
• Oversee project leadership, risk management, and delivery quality.
