GRAEF is seeking a Director of Civil Engineering to provide firmwide leadership for its Civil Engineering Technical Community and to advance technical excellence across offices.

The role includes shaping standards, guiding future leaders, and supporting client relationships while remaining engaged in project work and strategic initiatives. This senior position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and staff development within a dynamic firm.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Minimum of 12 years of civil engineering experience.
Demonstrated technical and leadership experience.
Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
Passion for technical excellence, quality, and staff development.

Aufgaben

Lead the development and implementation of firmwide technical standards and best practices.
Promote collaboration across offices and strengthen firmwide capabilities.
Support onboarding, mentoring, technical training, and succession planning.
Shape technical strategy, innovation, recruiting, and business development.
