The position focuses on shaping technical strategy, recruiting, and supporting business development across offices, with a strong emphasis on mentoring the next generation of civil engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 12 years of civil engineering experience.
• Demonstrated technical and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of firmwide civil engineering standards and best practices.
• Promote cross-office collaboration and share resources across offices.
• Develop people and future leaders through onboarding, mentoring, and training.
• Shape technical strategy and support business development and client relationships.
• Remain engaged in project leadership, design oversight, and risk management.
