Schubach Aviation, a leading Charter and Management Company, seeks a Director of Charter Revenue in Carlsbad, CA to own revenue targets and lead the charter sales team.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive pipeline, manage CRM data, and grow relationships with brokers. This is a senior leadership role for a proven charter sales leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in jet charter sales.
• Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Demonstrated track record of owning and growing revenue targets.
• Deep command of the jet charter marketplace.
• Thorough understanding of Part 135 Federal Aviation Regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft types and performance.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and pipeline management.
• Established relationships within the wholesale and broker charter community.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Own the company's total charter revenue numbers, setting targets and tracking performance against goals.
• Report revenue results, forecasts, and pipeline activity to the leadership team.
• Oversee the company CRM, ensuring accurate data, clear pipeline visibility and consistent use across the sales team.
• Drive lead development efforts to build a steady pipeline of qualified charter prospects.
