Charter Sales
Scottsdale
$50,000 - $160,000 / year
- Receive and process inbound quotes for wholesale customers.
- Lead robust sales initiatives to exceed targets.
- Develop lasting relationships with high-value clients.
- Strategically source and quote prospective charter flights through message boards and digital marketplaces.
- Work with flight support and maintenance to optimize fleet utilization.
- Conduct follow-up communication with customers once quotes have been sent out.
- Preserve confidentiality and privacy while working with high-profile and celebrity clients.
- Maintain charter quotes and sales volumes as determined by the department manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-year college degree (preferred).
- Part 135 aviation experience: 5 years required.
- Business-to-business (B2B) and technical sales experience: required.
- CRM experience: required.
- Strong motivation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, due to 24/7 operations.
