Job summary

Jet Aviation in the United States is expanding its Charter Sales team, seeking driven leaders to champion the Northeast (Teterboro-based) and Southeast (Opa Locka/West Palm Beach-based) territories. You’ll use an existing retail charter book to drive growth and deliver world-class service in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

The Director of Sales will own end-to-end charter growth, identifying opportunities, closing high-value deals, and coordinating with Operations for a superior charter

Qualifications

• Proven private jet charter sales experience with a portable book.
• Strong network in Northeast/Southeast U.S. markets.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and independent work style.
• Excellent client service with ability to engage C-level executives.
• Bilingual Spanish/English helpful for Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new charter opportunities to grow Jet Aviation’s footprint.
• Leverage existing client relationships to expand the charter book and retention.
• Book, accommodate changes to, and confirm charter details with operations.
• Collaborate with Quoting/Contracting teams to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Represent Jet Aviation at events and stay informed on fleet availability and pricing.
• Log all interactions and sales activities in the CRM for forecasting.
