Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of office administration and leadership experience in a small business environment; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
• Human Resource experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Chapter operations including payroll and financial reporting.
• Manage new hire paperwork and employee onboarding.
• Serve as liaison with payroll processing services.
