Make-A-Wish America is seeking a Leadership and Planned Giving Specialist to support gift programs, estate management, and CRM reporting. The role collaborates across departments and chapters to maximize donor outreach and revenue growth while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.

The position offers remote work nationwide with occasional travel up to 10% and potential after-hours work. A strong nonprofit background and CRM experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of prior work experience in a detail‑oriented setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools including CoPilot preferred.
• Planned giving experience, especially with matured estates, preferred.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
• Travel up to 10% and potential after-hours work may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Planned Giving with planned gift marketing, calendar management, and CRM tracking.
• Manage estate records, communications with estate representatives, and revenue forecasting.
• Support stewardship of Legacy Society benefactors and respond to donor questions.
• Coordinate chapter communications, gift distributions, and estate updates.
• Collaborate with Leadership Gift Officers to align stewardship and data analytics.
