Socket.dev is seeking a Director of Enterprise Transformation & Digital Enablement to lead enterprise-wide efforts to simplify work, improve efficiency, and accelerate adoption of automation and AI. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, operations management, finance, organizational development, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, digital enablement, automation, or management consulting with significant leadership responsibility.
• Hands-on experience identifying, designing, and implementing automation, AI, workflow, analytics, or low-code solutions in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps, governance models, business cases, project plans, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel and obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify, sponsor, and prioritize initiatives improving productivity and outcomes.
• Establish governance, metrics, reporting, and benefits realization for transformation efforts.
• Lead cross-functional process reviews to identify bottlenecks and standardize workflows.
• Drive automation, AI, and digital enablement across the enterprise along with secure governance.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and manage transformation budgets.
• Coach leaders on structured problem-solving, operational excellence, and change management.
