Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years in product management or channel sales ops.
• Strong leadership and proven people manager.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across levels.
• Ability to influence strategic decisions using data and analysis.
• Strong presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Category Managers.
• Develop strategy for product launches with national retailers and carriers.
• Lead interaction with sales to sell in new enhancements with materials and launch plans.
• Partner with Marketing and channel leads to develop launch strategies and messaging.
• Coordinate with SEA teams to load forecasts and purchase orders.
• Manage promotional calendar and pricing communications.
• Produce competitive intelligence reports and VOC analysis.
• Prepare slides and reports for internal meetings.
• Build relationships with stakeholders.
• Plan and prioritize multiple projects.
• Review product development and media materials.
