Job summary

Serrato Corporation is seeking a qualified manager to oversee career transition services, ensuring compliant, high‑quality delivery for students and stakeholders. You will supervise specialists, coordinate training, monitor budgets, and support policy development to optimize placement outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on data accuracy and process improvement in a government-mupported program. On-site work in Kansas is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; effective interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and management capabilities with staff supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily operation of career transition services functions.
• Provide staff training and evaluate staff performance.
• Assist in budget development and monitor expenditures.
• Develop and revise policies affecting placement functions.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of enrollment and placement documentation.
• Maintain quality control to ensure compliance with government directives.
