Serrato Corporation is seeking a dynamic administrator to lead the center's academic training program. The role oversees instructors, ensures curriculum alignment with DOL and center standards, and collaborates with leadership to maintain high-quality instructional services.

You will supervise teaching staff, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to improve student outcomes and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and procedures and present information effectively.
• Strong mathematical reasoning for data interpretation and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Directs staff to deliver academic training and ensures programs meet DOL/PRH/Center requirements.
• Trains, assigns, and supervises instructors; conducts monthly observations and feedback.
• Manages budgets with the Career Development Director and ensures material availability.
• Sets production targets for instructors and monitors progress and corrective actions.
• Maintains records of student progress, attendance, and class dynamics.
• Coordinates advisory council and develops annual plan with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and center procedures.
• Holds regular staff meetings and addresses student issues to improve outcomes.
