Job summary

Serrato Corporation is seeking a capable director to oversee career technical training programs, staff supervision, and work-based learning initiatives. The role emphasizes rigorous, compliant instruction aligned with OMS goals and center policies.

The position requires leadership in curriculum development, program implementation, and data-driven decision-making to advance student attainment and job placement. Strong collaboration with the Career Development Director is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in Career Technical Training and Work-Based Learning.
• Ability to supervise instructors and staff.
• Familiarity with DOL, PRH, and center policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop CTST programs and WBL opportunities to meet OMS goals.
• Supervise CTST staff and conduct classroom observations.
• Ensure safety, health, and security of students, staff, and property.
• Manage budgets and ensure materials are available to support programs.
• Monitor student progress and use data to improve outcomes.
