The role involves serving as the primary contact during transition, coordinating referrals, arranging interviews with employers and workforce centers, and documenting activities in the automated system. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Basic computer literacy and email, internet, and Adobe Acrobat usage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and counsel students effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be the principal contact for graduates and former enrollees during transition and placement.
• Initiate referrals to off-center placement specialists and community agencies.
• Contact employers and one-stop centers to arrange interviews and placement activities.
• Maintain regular contact with former students and document in the case management system.
