Job summary

Ro is seeking a Director of Learning Development to own the learning strategy and programs that support hundreds of clinical and non-clinical patient-facing teammates. You will ensure knowledge, skills, and resources are in place to deliver high-quality patient care at scale, from onboarding to retraining and ongoing development.

You will build scalable systems, identify learning needs, manage content, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Learning and development leadership experience is implied for directing learning programs.
• Ability to scale learning across large, cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven approach to improve frontline performance.
