Essen Health Care in New York is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to drive workforce capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and patient experience across its 50+ locations. You will partner with leaders to assess needs, design practical programs, and measure impact using KPIs and ROI.

You will lead the design of instructor-led sessions, digital learning, and train-the-trainer initiatives, leveraging LMS and analytics to improve outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, education or related field.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development or related area.
• Experience designing and evaluating training for workforce and leaders.
• Ability to manage initiatives from needs assessment to implementation.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and collaborate across departments.
• Data-driven approach to assess learning effectiveness and ROI.
• Excellent communication and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
