Job summary

Ro is seeking a Director of Learning & Development on its Care Delivery team to own the learning strategy and programs for hundreds of clinical and non-clinical patient-facing teammates. You will ensure onboarding, new program launches, ongoing development, performance improvement, and retraining drive high-quality patient care at scale.

You will build the systems and processes to scale learning, evaluate technologies, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or enablement, leading programs and teams at scale.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to align learning with multiple functions and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set the end-to-end learning strategy for hundreds of team members across onboarding, launches, and retraining.
• Build scalable systems for learning needs, content development, governance, and tooling.
• Measure knowledge, skill proficiency, and on-the-job application with cross-functional partners.
• Lead a Learning Center of Excellence with clear roles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Product, Quality, Data, and Operations to tie learning to quality and patient experience goals.
